Shipping:

We offer free delivery of online orders of $100 or over throughout New Zealand, otherwise it is $3.00 per order "Trackable Fastway Post" anywhere in New Zealand.
All orders are shipped using track-and-trace courier packs so they are in safe hands. We ask that a physical address be given for delivery so that the package can be signed for on delivery.

Returns:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will happily arrange an exchange.  Please contact us by email at info@suaynajewellery.co.nz to arrange an exchange or for more information. Any item returned must be in the original packaging and in brand new re-saleable condition.
